Neal McDonald is an artist based in Baltimore. His current project, microculture.net seeks to tie together folklore, social media, climatology and crop simulation. After completing an M.S. in Computer Science and an M.F.A at Ohio State, he worked as a programmer and game designer. He is now an Assistant Professor of Animation and Interactive Media at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. His online portfolio is www.workly.com.
